PBT

Product Desc : Excellent toughness and fatigue resistance, high impact strength, heat and weather resistance, electrical properties and arc resistance.
Application : Suitable for cleaning brushes, oral care brush, make-up brush, industrial brush, painting brush, outdoor cleaning brush.

PA612

Product Desc : Excellent mechanical properties, impact resistance, low-temperature properties, as well as the most chemically stabile in all type of Nylon filaments
Application : Make-up, daily household cleaning and oral care cleaning

PA66

Product Desc : The heat-resistant, good low temperature performance filament fiber.
Application : Used for Hairbrush of famous brand Manufacturers, toothbrush and cleaning brush industrial use.

PA6

Product Desc : Excellent mechanical properties, impact resistance, low-temperature properties and chemical stability properties.
Application : Available in crimped orlevel (straight) fibers, several filament diameters, and colors.used for cleaning brush, industrial brush

Wire

Product Desc : Very aggressive withstands heat.
Application : Available in Oil Tempered Steel Stainless Steel, Phosphor Bronze & Brass.

Aluminum Oxide

Product Desc : More impact resistant compared to silicon carbide.Less likely to fracture
Application : Preferred for finishing soft metals or other materials where a smooth finish is required.

Fully-synthetic special bristles

Product Desc : High-tech fibre made of PBT/polyester material, chemically tipped for very fine painted surfaces. Does not take up water
Application : Superb for all water-soluble paints and varnishes, can also be used with coating mate_x005frials that have a low solvent content.

Natural hair

Product Desc : Mane and/or tail hair from cows; Binds dust.
Application : For high-quality brooms and hand brushes.

Tampico

Product Desc : Natural product from the domestic pig in China.Conical with naturally split tips (flags)
Application : For nail brushes, bath brushes, shoe brushes, house brooms and floor brooms.

Synthetic Hair

Product Desc : Synthetic hair, single fibre, also split.
Application : For low-cost brooms, hand brushes and mixes.

Pure China Bristle

Product Desc : 100% natural bristles from Chinese pigs, available in black, light and grey. High paint retention thanks to scaled surface. Conical body with two to three tips, known as the flag, which guarantees very good paint flow. Quality differences result from different origins and different pig breeds, and due to the mixing ratio of the various bristle lengths.
Application : Ideally suited to varnishes, coatings, dispersion and latex paints containing solvents.

Horse Hair

Product Desc : Horse mane and/or tail hair.Binds dust very well.
Application : For high-quality brooms and hand brushes.

Hair Mix

Product Desc : Natural and synthetic hair, mixed in varying proportions.
Application : Alternative to pure natural hair.

Fibre substitute

Application : For scrubbing brushes, wiping brushes and washing-up brushes.

Cow Hair

Product Desc : Strong elastic hair with fine tips.
Application : Very suitable for signwriting brushes and oil painting brushes.

Coco

Product Desc : Coarse vegetable fibre from the outer shell of the coconut; Sri Lanka.For coarse and fine, dry dirt. Low-priced bristles.
Application : For industrial and floor brooms, and also for industrial hand brushes.
